This list is being set up as a courtesy for our swim team. All reservations must be made individually and guaranteed with credit card of the person reserving the room. We have worked with many of these hotels in the past and have found all locations to be close in proximity to the venue and reasonably priced. All Marriott hotels are “smoke free”

 

Hotels now require that we sign a “Code of Conduct (Liability for unacceptable behavior)” form to ensure our team will abide by their rules and policies. This code of conduct states

 

• “…that all guests adhere to a code of conduct that ensures that noise is kept to a reasonable level and unacceptable behavior is curtailed. Code of conduct includes but is not limited to excessive noise; intoxication; vulgar language; or activities that cause damage to hotel property (especially with regard to no food and drink in pool/spa areas). Any member of the team that fails to adhere to the code of conduct will be asked by the hotel to vacate the premises. Additionally, should the hotel incur any additional cost associated with the unacceptable behavior, the management reserves the right to seek restitution from the registered guest(s) violating the code of conduct or at its discretion”
